Christopher is a PhD student looking into flexible ring rolling processes that can improve overall yield and create innovative product geometries. He is a graduate of Engineering with an MEng from Cambridge University in 2008.
Since graduating he spent time in Sierra Leone and Kenya initially through Engineers Without Borders UK. In 2010 he set up and continues to have an interest in a biomass energy business in south-west Kenya recycling waste charcoal.
His PhD is funded by an EPSRC ICASE studentship with Siemens Metals Technologies.
